The front desk folks are the kind of people who remember your name after one conversation, which honestly made me feel more at home than some of those sterile luxury hotels downtown. Sure, you won’t get a concierge in a fancy uniform, but you’ll get better local advice than most places twice the price. The only minor thing is that the elevator can be a bit slow during busy times, but given how walkable everything is from here, you’ll probably be out exploring most of the time anyway.
