You’re right in the heart of the Upper East Side, just a few blocks from Central Park (I actually jogged there every morning), and honestly, the neighborhood feels like stepping into one of those classic New York movies. The building itself sits on a tree-lined stretch where you’ll hear more dog walkers than taxi horns, which – trust me – is rare for New York. That Juliet balcony they mention? It’s small, sure, but there’s something magical about having your morning coffee while watching the city wake up below. The studio layout is cleverly designed too; they’ve managed to fit everything you need without making it feel cramped, though I’d say it’s definitely cozy rather than spacious.

What I really appreciated was how the place felt authentically New York without trying too hard. The building has that old-school elevator that makes you feel like you’re in a Woody Allen film, and the hallways have this quiet, residential vibe that you just don’t get in midtown hotels. You’re walking distance to some incredible spots – Bloomingdale’s if you’re into shopping, some fantastic little cafés along Lexington Avenue, and honestly some of the best people-watching in the city. The only thing I’d mention is that being in a residential building means you need to be a bit more considerate about noise, especially late at night, but that also means your neighbors aren’t a bunch of rowdy tourists. Check-in was refreshingly personal – more like being welcomed into someone’s home than the usual hotel desk routine. It’s definitely not for everyone, especially if you need a full concierge service or room service, but if you want to feel like a temporary New Yorker rather than just another tourist, this little gem delivers exactly that experience.

  What could be improved: Reserve con tiempo . Me enviaron un mensaje para hacer la reserva on line donde me asignaban el número de departamento con el código para entrar al edificio y al departamento. Me dicen que 3 días antes me envían un mail con una app para entrar . Me cobraron con la tarjeta 2 meses antes. El día anterior a llegar a NY recuerdo que me iban a enviar esa app y nunca la había recibido . Mire por las dudas en correo no deseados spam y no estaba . Les aviso que no lo recibí y no recibo respuesta en todo el día . Y tampoco el mail . Me quedo tranquila porque tenía mi checking on line con todos los datos . El día que llegaba tenía 9 horas de vuelo y voy directo al lugar . Entro al edificio y voy al departamento y abro con el código y estaba todo revuelto , ocupado por gente . Miro mensaje y veo que me envían el mismo día que estaba viajando una nota que habían enviado la app por mail que nunca recibí y más tarde otro si encontré todo bien . Trato de comunicarme con la persona pero no se si por ser un celular de Argentina me de una que no era correcto . Ya eran las 20 hs y tuvimos que tomar un Uber con las valijas e ir a un hotel que por suerte conseguimos . Cuando le escribo que había gente y no pudimos hacer uso me dicen que esa no era la unidad que me correspondía era otra y me había enviado la aplicación . No se hicieron cargo del error de ellos , porque como voy a saber el código de otra unidad . Y nunca recibí un mail de ellos con la app. Les dije que con ponerme en mensajes que había un cambio de unidad y el código hubiera sido lo correcto . Hasta ahora los de la propiedad no se hicieron cargo no me devolvieron nada y tuve que pagar además un hotel que booking está conectado conmigo para pagar el hotel . Pero perdí el dinero que era mucho por 2 noches y el mal momento que pasamos no me lo quita nadie .

  Sehr gute Lage, gut von Subway aus erreichbar, helle Wohnung, ausreichend Platz, gute Küchenausstattung, Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner möglich. Zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

  In a good location. Staff was responsive and very nice.
  
  What could be improved: Carpets were heavily stained. Sofa bed mattress had a huge urine stain, as well as a used mouse trap under the heater. Paint chipping in the shower.

  This room was amazing. The space was great, the decor was a beautiful touch, very comfortable, it really made you feel like you were home. The air conditioner was quiet and worked very well. Loved the fully furnished kitchen, and bathroom was very spacious. This was very handicap accessible for my mother. She loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
  
  What could be improved: Taller toilet would’ve been better. Updated usb charging ports were not supported in this room. Remote did not ever work for tv no matter how many new batteries you put into the remote.
